MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS: In order to access or obtain belongings from your vehicle that was involved in a motor vehicle accident, you must provide your LICENSE AND REGISTRATION.

STOLEN RECOVERIES, ARRESTS, DWI, AND TRAFFIC STOPS:

To access or obtain belongings from your vehicle that was towed for any reason OTHER than a motor vehicle accident, you must provide your LICENSE AND TITLE.

If you do not have your title or are not the titled owner of said vehicle, only a manager can authorize other forms of ownership.

Replacement titles can also be obtained from the DMV, if necessary.

These policies are put in place to protect the rightful and registered owners property and peace of mind while their vehicle is secured in our lot.

Standard Flatbed Service

$60 show up fee + $75 for the first 30 minutes

$75 added for each additional 30 minutes thereafter

Winching (With Towing)

If winching is required to tow vehicle, there is no "show up" fee, just $75 per 30 minutes added to the flatbed tow.

Daily Storage

The first 24 hours are free. If a vehicle is not released from our lot within 24 hours, storage costs will revert back to the first day. Storage will still accumulate on nights and weekends, even though we are closed.

Window Wrap

Also referred to as "crash wrap:" a plastic covering placed over any smashed out or broken windows in order to protect belongings inside.

DMV Notification Fee

If we are not contacted by the customer or insurance within 5 days of impounding, we will send out a certified postcard to the registered owner and/or institution where there may be a loan for the vehicle.

IF YOUR VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED AND CAN NOT BE DRIVEN OUT, WE WILL PROVIDE A SECONDARY TOW FOR A DISCOUNTED RATE BASED ON DESTINATION
